The "Teenie Tiny Teuton Little Bitty 3" Wallys" are only for the Progressive Chrysler racers among us. They all also get sugar free, lactose free ice cream on soggy cones so as no one cuts their lip. There will also be a soft quiet spot with puppies in the rear of Mr. Teutons trailer for any Chrysler racers who's feelings are hurt because they haven't gotten what they wanted from NHRA...... yet.
Just one more little thing, there will be no beer or tequila until after they grow up.

Eliminations have been cancelled. Also anyone who qualifies below the index will automatically lose two items previously approved by NHRA such as reinstall the back seat, reinstall stock brakes, reinstall factory radiator, reinstall camshaft with factory casting number, install real hydraulic lifters with correct travel (sorry Cliff Sherman), return to 4 " Atlas Bucron tires (if you don't know about those, you are too young to post anyway) on factory steel wheels (must remove hubcaps), remove roll cage, reinstall factory exhaust manifolds and exhaust system with stock mufflers only, and I will allow my fascinated friends to continue the saga. We might as well get everything at once.

I'm good with all of this Jeff but only if I'm allowed to keep my Sun tach and Spark-o-Matic shifter which replaced my reinforced column shift .

On another note I must ask Billy what he accomplished - this thread is a week old and getting to a couple of hundred posts and you got a manifold taken out of the guide .But did it matter as many have written that none of the iron manifolds are 'stock' anymore .Billy - I'm as old school as anyone but look at the big picture as the horse left the barn many, many moons ago .....

And all of those Chrysler "lobbyists" out there are trying to replace it with a zebra.

Spoke to NHRA today. They have agreed to allow Traction Masters to prevent "violent and uncontrolled rear leaf spring windup" as per rule pages 1957, however Cal Tracs are gone. Sorry. If you don't know what Traction Masters are, you are too young anyway.

Power perceived, is power archived
Let's rename stock to the bitch and moan club.

Keep trying to change the subject boys! The subject is LD340 intakes in Stock Eliminator. That's S.T.O.C.K. E.L.I.M.I.N.A.T.O.R.
Not Comp or SS or ET-2.
Come on Chrysler guys, you can say it! S.T.O.C.K. E.L.I.M.I.N.A.T.O.R.

If I remember right, my 70-1/2 Z28 had an aluminum intake with the little w on it, so did my 69 , can't remember if the 67 S/S 396-375 did or not, 95% sure it did. Do they run stock eliminator?
STOCK ELIMINTOR (not doing the dots) is the body only now, 30 years ago you had a valid argument, not today. IMO

Billy, now pay attention: The subject is you and yours whining cause you got No Mopar. I don't know which page you missed where some of the more intelligent posters realized that the subject had rolled over. Obviously you didn't. Since you are an original stuff only guy, I assume you would take up the torch for all parts, bodies, rule adjustments that are just not to some racers likings even thought they don't have a car or a car in the pack? From here on, please pay attention so I don't have to reel you back into groove.

Jeff, Jeff, Jeff, It is you and yours who aren't paying attention. The SUBJECT is the 68-70 340s having an AFTERMARKET (says so right in Galen Glovier's book) manifold approved for use in STOCK Eliminator. Now maybe you can get one of your "more intelligent posters" to explain the difference in definition between AFTERMARKET and REPLACEMENT. The LD340 is an AFTERMARKET manifold not a REPLACEMENT manifold.
Now, if you are serious about "taking up the torch for all parts, bodies, rule adjustments that are just not to some racers liking), I'm in. You can send me a P.M. with your phone number or let me know and I'll P.M. you with mine and a good time to call and I'm sure that we can straighten out a whole bunch of s**t. But don't try and B.S. me and don't waste my time.
OBTW, Mr. Glovier's book is approved by Chrysler so it HAS to be right. Am I right or are all of those Mechum and B.J. cars all suspect?
