Here is the latest; I contacted the company that Howell Printing takes my books to sending them out. They are a regular mailing service that have done the mailing for me ever since Howell Printing has been doing the printing. With now over 25 people on the list that have not received their stats. National Mail is getting in contact with the post office they take their stuff to. They think a tub of books was lost, anyhow, no matter what, you on the list that have already e-mailed me or posted on class racer saying you have not received your stats of yet, WILL. I will make sure if I have to mail every each one of them I will. Anybody knowing me and knowing how I operate my stats deal knows I’m not a happy camper at all when someone doesn’t receive his or her stats.
Hopefully Monday when they call me I’ll know what to do next.
Thanks for you patients on this and I will make it up to all on the list.

Joe, mine came yesterday. The only disappointment was where I ended up in the standings..:(

I did not receive one either. Were there any stats out between August 1 issue and this last one. I only received the Aug. issue since becoming a member in July.

ok, UPDATE! January 13th

Ok, I will send all books out tomorrow myself, here is what I received today from my mailing company, I’m sorry for the inconvenience that it has caused.
Please let me know when you get the brown enveloped stats book in the mail from me.
Here is what they sent to me.

Joe,

well everyone at the post office wants to get paid, but hold no responsibility to anything. I’ve talked to the bulk mail supervisor here in Augusta, she tells me "there's nothing we can do to track or find standard mail" so I called the post master, he puts me off on his secretary and she puts me back off to the supervisor that wouldn't help me in the first place.

I comes down to the fact that they (the post office, either here, Atlanta, or somewhere else) lost or drop a bag with the missing books in it, I can't get anyone there to say that but I'm sure that's what has happened,

His secretary did say that they would probably find the missing books and still deliver them, but I know no one is out there looking for them. We are trying to get the postmaster to write you a letter acknowledging the problem, but I'm not sure what good that would be for, Please make a note of the total missing books, for future reference, just in case this problem arises again.

Joe,
We received ours in the mail today. They were mailed from Augusta, GA. The white envelope was torn and marked "Received in damaged condition". But they were OK.

Got mine today. Envelope was open 99% of the way. I suspect the problem with my copy wasn't that the post office lost it, it's that someone at the post office is a fan of NHRA and Stock/SS racing and they need to get their own ^%$*&@# SUBSCRIPTION!!
