I'm talking expediancy, cost, problems in not following instructions, all this goes into my opinion of how I was handled as a customer. I'm not slamming them because these wern't "end of the world" problems, but so far Damond is the only one that gets a "Diamond" rating from me.
I've also heard good word lately about Weisco.
I've always had the manufacturer send the piston in for approval as opposed to what Tom Goldman did. Not sure if that helps from loosing parts or not.
