Doesn't NHRA use the guide book as paid advertising
from the race tracks and associated hotels and restraunts
in each city?

Typical NHRA. You wouldn't give 5 cents for the fan guide, but now you can pay $10.00 for the rule book.

Which rulebook are we talking about?West coast?East coast?The one some feel they have to tweak?

Great Poll heres the deal no one will buy the fan guide and most of us will pay for a rule book. Its all about the money.
