if tv cable has been check along with fluid level then go and buy yourself a new govenor for the trans @ dealer or local trans shop just make sure weights are the same. govenor shaft dia. should measure .800" your's is worn measure with micrometer. THANKS FOR LISTENING!!!!!!!!!!
