Hey, we're all just trying to help. The newer link adds TD and TS to the mix and makes provisional entries a bit clearer.

Call your division office with these type of questions.....in Division 3 its Joan....and she knows the rules and procedures really well....give her a call....

And she's incredibly friendly and helpful. I think she knew my voice by the end of my first year.
