Re: Winternationals Entry list

It will come close to filling. One reason that is is slow there is not much out of division interest this year.. No Phoenix National and Phoenix LODRS together. The PhoenixLODRS by it's self is not going to interest a lot of of people from out of division. The end of the year will be a lot different. The $305.00 is not a big factor in my opinion

Mark, Good money well spent on the Hawaii vacation. When you decide to to try the Carribbean I recommend St. Maartens. Both places better than any race venue .:)--------John

Gary, I'm surprised at you. Don't you realize @ $305 , that's a great price to be able to realize the NHRA experience. It would be a bargain at twice the price ;-)
Just watch here. You'll be educated...

Thanks Mark, I needed a good laugh today...hahaha!!!

Ed, I know it won't...but I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't raise question marks over the minds of racers who still go to the races the way I do...pick-up truck, & flatbed car-hauler??

You won't see my name on or my wife's on any NHRA entry list this year. They can get there $305 from somebody else, Maybe a CJ or DP racer will fill in for us...........

Nope.. Just a few @ each new hit.

It's not just the $305... gas prices, tolls, taxes, food, lodging (for some) all add up, and the payout has not changed. When you start to do the "numbers" for a typical Sportsman racer that does not have some type of financial backing, you soon reach a tipping point where you just can't get enough bang for your buck to go to some tracks. The right/left coasts will be affected more than the centrally located venues because of the distances involved....
