Terry D/FI min weight for my CJ is 2788. I rolled across the scales at 3290, which puts me heavy for K/S or F/FI(you do the math). And you are still a ***** CLOWN bulid a car or travel back in time to the 1950's. You are a still joke.

Re: Live from IHRA Northern Nitro Jam Martin MI Anyone?
Hope you run 1.50+ under at Indy. Your the joke for thinking your such a hot shot running one of the new cars thats about 4 or 5 classes to low. And Im not the only one who thinks this way. D##k Head.

Sorry for the shortage of reports. As DW said, I kept busy yesterday running two cars in three classes. It was make a run in Terry Knott's Stocker (Drove his Dart Sport years ago. He's got my old crate motor now), make a run in the Volare in Super Stock, download the run, make a time trial for the Moser Shootout in the Dart, come back and work on the EFI program, rinse n' repeat, with little time for anything else.
Moser Engineering once again treated us like kings (and queens). They put together a 32-car Shootout from amongst the top 4 in each class from 2010 points, plus 4 wild cards, all Div. Champs, with over $50,000 on the line: $500 to 1st Rnd losers, $22,500 to win! As always, they fed us a hearty catered meal (ironically from the restaurant Terry wanted to go to... Some place 'as seen on the Travel Channel') with incredible bbq ribs, chicken, baked beans, tater casserole, cookies, fudge cakes, and more. We also got reserved seats in front of the tower for speckle-tating. (Highlight I thought was the Fuel Altereds, 228mph.... "On purpose!". Actually, they ran surprisingly straight, but still cool, wicked looking cars). After being .005 and .006 off the trailer in Terry's car, I boned it horribly 1st rnd of the Moser Shootout, and was mathematically ineligible at the start vs Nick Folk's .007 bulb. I did get a chance to see the Denysenkos, Phil Veldheer, John Brown, and a few other northern brethren, and finally got to meet Greg and Andrew Hill in person. Great folks. Everyone did get an extra qualifying run yesterday, although I wish we would've run 1st Rnd instead. Some very heavy rain and thunderstorms came through this morning. They're to stay on top of things to expedite drying when we get a break, but it's already been announced that we're looking at just 1st rnd of Sportsman classes today, with the remainder to be run on Sunday. Maybe I'll take some "Jack Matyas" pics for ya! ;) |
