Alan, He assumed the couple of wheelstands and bouncing around. You could see through the hole in the pan it was off. Dont know if they have a light that says "HEY DUMMY" or not in there. I dont think it would have helped save the bottom end from burning up though. Kinda needed some oil flow. I was more curious to see what put the hole in the pan.

The question is, did it fall off first, or did it get knocked off when the engine broke? The only way to know if it fell off first was if he knew it did not have oil pressure.
