Re: Shift on time or RPM
I'll verify that Chucks T Bird is fast if I remember correctly he picked up 48mph in back half of track...I thought he was about a tenth behind me at 1000 ft
in a time shot until I looked at ticket after time shot ..THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN UGLY IF IT WAS ELIMINATIONS...Chuck would have won that one for sure then we would have started The Rebel beats Yankee Thing.. |
Re: Shift on time or RPM
Tom, I counted it as the Rebel beat the Yankee. Lol. I was just hopeing that I could have sucked some of that paint off of your car onto mine when I went by. Lol
I hope the holidays have been good to you and your family. Chuck |
Re: Shift on time or RPM
Us Yankees have to take our shots when we can.....lol
Merry Christmas everybody...... |
Re: Shift on time or RPM
When I shifted my small block on the stop I had to add 200rpm to 4400. My big block does not mind 4200. It sounds like you have enough power for 4200. watch the stop rpm, if it varies a lot check for vacuum leaks. Don't ask.
