If they'd put round headlights in that, and the 427 from the COPO Camaro, they'd have something. It needs better looking wheels, as well.

As with the Camaro, the concept rendering done by an outside source looks a lot better than the GM rendering. The two GM renderings look like crap, this one looks like a Chevelle, and like a muscle car.

The rear quarters and deck lid need to roll down in the back, instead of that hump, but that's close.

Exactly, the red and the blue rendering are the same car, just a different color and different view, and it is a 69 retro look, on both ends. They look better than the GM rendering, and better than the GM version of the Camaro.

Jeez, the wheels are hideous though. Those things are criminally ugly.

...just hope they don't offer a decal kit like this if they bring back the El Camino.

I keep seeing the word "sedan", not coupe.

So, will the street version be a 2 or 4 door sedan?

Glad already have my 70 SS. 69 tribute is pretty nice except the cruddy wheels.

It doesn't look that much different than the Nascar version...it looks like a Cobalt wearing some camouflage...yawn.
