Re: London Pro-Am
I will be their with my SS/C amx and at this point three other super stockers and a top sportsman car are also planning to make the trip from north central WV. I hope we get a break from the rain showers on Sat.

Re: London Pro-Am
Great track! Probably the best working track in the area... 3.80- 3.90 promods on any given weekend.... Great accutime timing system.... And Craig does whatever he has to just to make sure your satisfied...
PLENTY of stopping room.. if a 3.80 pro mod can get stopped no issue... Right off I75.. No big Giant hill just a country drive in the daniel boone forest.. |
Re: London Pro-Am
I plan to be there Sat. morning to run in Stock.
Never been to that track before. |
Re: London Pro-Am
Good luck to all of my friends from North Central WV. I'm not making the trip to London.

Re: London Pro-Am
I heard if Sat.rains out they may run both races Sunday

Re: London Pro-Am
Two races in one day is what they did at Richmond, and what they were going to try to do at MIR. Not a real bad deal unless you have a 7-8 hour trip home after its done.
Th ey run both races together instead of running one to completion then running the next. Give everybody one TT. Then rnd 1 race one, rnd 1 race 2 , rnd 2 race 1, rnd 2 race 2......etc. |
Re: London Pro-Am
And then if things dont go right (weather, oil, etc) you can wind up not finishing either one. Not such a great idea at the last race of the year, imo. Finish something.

Wow ! I am trying to envision someone entering both races and hot lapping their cars. I wanted to run Sat. only but now I am having doubts whether I want burn 30 gallons of fuel to get there and back and risk a rainout.. I'll just watch the weather tomorrow morning and decide then. |
Re: London Pro-Am
Morning showers wil never cancel a race. Craig and his crew will get the race in if any way possible. Should be a good turnout according to facebook. Quite a few out of division racers on their way. Dont forget about the bracket race after the pro am.
