Re: Anybody Have Video of the Epic Burndown in Stock at Sono
Tommy, if it "shoots numbers all over the place" in open loop you need to fix your tuning. No way that should make it faster or slower. If it's making more than a couple percent corrections your base tuning is wrong.

Re: Anybody Have Video of the Epic Burndown in Stock at Sono
was in Norwalk and Zasokoski had me prestaged 20 seconds and 6 before he staged, good sportsmanship

Re: Anybody Have Video of the Epic Burndown in Stock at Sono
I saw a couple people taking forever to stage in Columbus this past weekend, then double bulbing their opponents when they did finally go in. Seems unnecessary to me.
Also, in Chicago, I saw one competitor screw around on a heads up run. He did his burn out, stopped, jumped around in his seat for a while acting like he was doing things, just wasting time to get his opponents engine hot. He proceeded to get treed and outrun by over a tenth. LOL |

Hmmmm that's weird I don't remember my Dad, cousin Kevin or I running anybody named twoputt9 at Norwalk. Must have been a different Zasokoski.

Re: Anybody Have Video of the Epic Burndown in Stock at Sono
so open loop and closed loop are 2 different things, what do they do? I thought it had to be in a certain loop per NHRA, just asking because I don't know?

Re: Anybody Have Video of the Epic Burndown in Stock at Sono
so would an open loop just be a piece of rope, or string?
|
Re: Anybody Have Video of the Epic Burndown in Stock at Sono
Tuned properly in open loop is as fast as closed loop.
