What very, very sad news! My condolences to the the Winters Family on their loss. Tracy was a wonderful person who will be deeply missed by those whose lives she touched.

May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He cause his spirit to shine upon you and be gracious unto you; May He lift up His smile upon you and give you peace.

Arrangements for Tracy Winters have been made for Saturday, September 7th at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Rockledge, FL. Viewing hours are 10am to 11am and Services will be held 11am to 12pm. 1136 Seminole Dr. Rockledge, FL 32955.
