Re: Super Stock Trivia Question...
Obviously, we knew if Bales had a stick, the argument ended right there. Are we positive of this fact? I've haven't seen him hanging around here since the...ummm..."rules revision".

Re: Super Stock Trivia Question...
The Honda is a stick for sure, don't know if a 4 or 5 speed. There is a video of it on you tube at Indy where he was in the other lane beside my brother during qualifying. The pass was nasty quick, David was running GT/FA and I think the Honda was already on the return road when David crossed the finish line lol. Don Jackson

Scott Gove's Daytona is a stick, a Liberty trans I believe.

Re: Super Stock Trivia Question...
I've got a 5 speed G-Force GF2000 in my car…… for what it's worth.
One thing a lot of people tend to forget when comparing my car to other super stock cars is when I ran 7.92 in SS/DX trim I was on a 26" slick, no wheelie bars, no wing, 600+lbs over minimum, the engine and drive configuration that came in the car from the factory and a 100% stock chassis car. I know I have a turbo, but I don't have all of those other things that most "real super stockers" have that would definitely aid in making the car go faster. Just something to consider as I've heard more people than not refer to my car as "not a real super stocker" :) |
