Re: Bounder, cruise won't work
I have installed a few aftermarket cruise controls over the years. The two most common problems are vacume leaks, and speed sensors. Most older ones use magnets for the sensor for the cruise. If I has a pod for the throttle these would most likely be the case, also adjustment on the pull cable.

Re: Bounder, cruise won't work
After looking around a bit on this I see no signs of a mechanical connection to the injection pump. At least that I can see, so I'm guessing it's "fly by wire", which makes sense since it's got an electronic gas pedal. I'll keep looking.

Re: Bounder, cruise won't work
Since your MH is a 2000 it was built on a Freightliner chassis --I would check with Freightliner for a Schematic or talk to an "older" tech pick their brain about the cruise problems---other than that keep looking might find a fuse/connector etc. that is not right--FED 387

Re: Bounder, cruise won't work
Hey Joe. If cruise still not working, try Ron's Truck and Trailer repair on east side of Fremont. He fixed my 99 Bounder couple years ago. $75 hourly rate. Can't remember exact issue but had something to do with a fuse or circuit breaker?
