There's a reason the call it the "Iron Man" trophy: Gates open at 8am - winner's circle photos at around 1:30am the next morning! Highs in the 90's and usually pretty sunny. Every once in a while, a cloud came by. I needed that win Saturday and won over a bunch of good racers. On Sunday, my RT's were a bit off and Gil Carty got me (back) in round 1 by .017. But I think I got the division!!!:)

As for the donuts for the Lakeland race........buying day old donuts is a pretty good idea. When I bring something for the cookout and give it to Jim Wahl early in the day, it doesn't make it to the table! You'd think he use to be a cop instead of a paramedic!:p

Can't splurge yet. I may need the money to fix whatever is turning on my "check engine" light on my dually!:(
