Looks like it is "Cooter" Jimmy Hidalgo, Jr. for the NHRA Stock and Super Stock Championship in Division 4. Cooter is also IHRA Division Champ in Stock and Super Stock in his home division! He should finish #3 Nationally in NHRA Stock and maybe #10 NHRA Super Stock!! Not sure where he is nationally in IHRA.
