After inaccurate reports earlier today that Mr. Hoover was in dire straights comes good news!

Well, thank heaven it isn't true. Tom (Coddington) talked to Tom Jr. He is still progressing slowly. Discovered it wasn't Gillium Barr but a relative. They have him on another medication now. He couldn't take it before because his kidneys were weak but they are better now. Tom Jr thinking of moving him to another facility where they handle this. Slow process.

Thankyou for the update John. You REALLY gotta hate when bad rumours, or hoaxs start. That one is bottom of the barrel.

Glad to hear that Tom is making progress, even if it is slow. In this day of everything instant, a slow recovery is sometimes better. I really get tired of the bad rumors and false information.


Wishing Tom a full recovery. How old is Tom anyway??

Herb Jr. said in a March 2013 post that he was 83, so 85 or so now.

Update per Joe Pappas from Tom Jr. today:

Today my dad's condition is the best it has been recently. He is alert and in good spirits.
His medical condition is stable. Breathing is improved. He has a long way to go, but for
today, we are encouraged.
