Definitely Gregg Luneack at Tri City. Yes, he's a busy guy, but he's worth it all. I've been very happy with the work I've purchased there.

I'm sure most will just claim their own engine builder.

So my vote is Jeremy Allen with InlinePRO. 😀

There are lots of good builders : Rowe Racing, Parsons/Meyers , Bub ,Tilburg,
Boucher, etc. I think it depends on your engine combo & location ...
