Sitting at Bob's house is one of his first race cars, a once Pontiac powered 1948 Austin that he raced at Pocono Drag Lodge in the mid 60s, it still has the old M & H Racemasters on it, I wish I got a pic of it last time I was there.
He founded and ran the entire automotive section of Luzerne County Community College for over 30 years which has a full auto machine shop including a dyno he built, Superflow 600, full chasis shop, body and paint shop, welding shop and transmision shop. He's one of the few people I've known that could do it all. He had the answer to almost any question I had. |
