They can show up early cause they can and chose to.
So I would welcome them with open hands and Open Pits as early as possible on a first come first serve with only one pit space being able to be saved for one friend only .
I would have all kind of services availability for them and their wives and friends . such as a tour or RV services or another service to make MY Customers feeling needed and happy to spend their money with my track .

Now since a track has to pay for overhead I would even charge an early fee to cover the early overhead costs that was create . The fee would be moderate and fair for all cause the racers are the entertainment in most causes and in most cases would not mind paying for this .
The early pitting would alleviate the huge rush for the late arrivals so there would be no need to hire extra staff all Pitting would be much orderly and calmer :D

Buy a track and show how it is done, Don.

Guys, there is a campground adjacent to the track for early arrivals. There are plenty of rides in the amusement park for your little ones. The track sells ice for 3 dollars a bag......No one is forcing you to attend.....

Beach Bend is one of the best tracks in the country! It is always clean, the food is good, the track hooks, the scales work, and everyone lives by the same rules. Just not a lot to gripe about. "Try it you'll like it"

Test and tune yesterday went well, the only failures were transmissions in some high HP cars, and Doug bent an oil pan and scuffed a bearing. Doug should have it fixed for Indy, and he might even have wheelie bars installed. As the day wore on the heat and humidity took its toll on performance.

I agree.

Nicest track I have ever been to and is well managed.
Looks really sharp now with all the new blacktop this year.

Probably one of the last tracks around that allows you to get close to the action and those covered grandstands are nice.

I remember hearing that song years ago.

If I was retired, I would want to live around the Bowling Green area.
It's has become a gearheads' dream town between the Beech Bend track and the new Corvette Museum race track as well as being home to several aftermarket parts companies.

Take a look at the Beech Bend schedule,I don't know if there is another track in the country that host as many different races as they do,they know how to run a event and get it done.
