The whole business plan was a very complete plan and if i had followed through the track would be almost paid for LOL but I did not Baders and Burtons Track are ahead of the game and the tracks are great by the way, My Business plan had some other Profit centers that a track could do like having conventions ,or using suites for special class rooms for education ,heck i could go on and on and mention the other 50 or so Profit centers no tracks are doing but Time has passed me by .lol at me :)

Yes, that would be great for us gearheads.

The bad part is people that are not gearheads or racers buying a home near race tracks...

And that's just for starters
