Re: NHRA year end horsepower numbers are out
They just corrected an error for the 92 model Lt1 corvette. On the last hp adjustment for the corvette 92 model should have been adjusted 5hp for 92-96 model. They just missed 92 model for some reason.

Re: NHRA year end horsepower numbers are out
Seems odd to me that 300hp chevy is rated at 279 hp while the255hp is 280hp ?69 396/325 is now 316 yet the 68 remains 320 in a chevelle /same car ,same engine? Also this is the only time That I can remember taking hp of a current record holder. Lots of other miscues . No malice entended, just saying. Rick

Re: NHRA year end horsepower numbers are out
And they increase horsepower (by 4) for 73-74 Buick Apollos that topped the qualifying chart at Indy in the #94 and 104 positions........... Lack of real reasoning.

If it had more than one , one second under strike during the rating period, plus an average for the combo of - .85 or more, then it gets HP. The concerned parties can research it. If they think it's a mistake, call Pat C. ,and he will look it up. |
