Anybody else notice that the priority of "safety" and "sportsmanship" was reduced from #1 to #3 with (#1) changed to "Improve business conditions in the sport of drag racing and in the hot rod industry (#2) and to promote and advance the common business interests of those engaged in the sport of drag racing and the hot rod industry." ?
