How about Steve Szupka not sure he ever had that much hair though! He's about the same age I am so the car seat might rule him out too.

There is no steering wheel on it, so that rules out pre 80's. Arnie Jr?

We do have a winner. BJ305 nailed it as Tim Gray. Eric Merryfield guessed Bubba Linke but I don't think Bubba was ever that small. Sorry Bubba.

BJ305, definitely look me up if we're ever at a race together and I'll hoist a few with you.
