Re: Wild Horse Stock Full @ 3 g.p.
How many cars did they allow last year and what grade point did it fill up at?

I think the demand adjusts to the quota. I didn't see a lot of people fighting to get in this time. Kind of hard for out of state racers to jump , last minute, I suppose. |

Re: Wild Horse Stock Full @ 3 g.p.
Takes 5 or six to get in anything around here. We don’t have dual points races like out there either. 3 seems like a reasonable deal.

Why is it always about?
Money. $$$ I work for it and spend it Work and time. I make time by not going to work Grade points. Required to play the game. You know the deal Car count. We all know how many It’s Not top secret Desire. You must have this TO Race NHRA Yelling and. beaching and moaning ain’t workin Besides the pit in Arizona and the track SUCK. |
Re: Wild Horse Stock Full @ 3 g.p.
Fontana, Vegas x2 and Phoenix, there's 4 without a lot of travel involved.

Re: Wild Horse Stock Full @ 3 g.p.
Well, as is often the case Stock and Super Stock both closed below the quota, could have gotten in with a single point. Patience and persistence are often underrated.

Re: Wild Horse Stock Full @ 3 g.p.
Since I think it is not fair to complain unless you have a solution to your complaint.
I had a solution to wild horse pass major issues . There is a Holding area I believe is gate 1 , I had a major sponsor for the racers who come in early from Pomona a week before going into the pits . This sponsor would have paid for the security guards for a week. A racer brings in his $800,000 dollar rigs into gate one and gets a number on the Saturday the day of Pomona eliminations has stated . for the( yikes) first rd. runner ups (LOL) . their rigs can and will stay in that holding area until you go directly into the pits no moving just enjoy your secure Staging area no moving into another holding area . During your enjoyable stay at wild horse Pass there would have been free tickets to the casino and coupons from local business doing your stay. Keep in mind there is no secure place to park after Pomona for the racers and for the big rigs anywhere near the track unless you want to park in the dessert. The sponsor of the Staging area pays for all the expenses for the racers of course wanting a ROI on his sponsorship. Now Wild Horse pass needs to repave all the pits everywhere remember this is the dessert dust is everywhere . the :filthy “ bowl where racers who arrive late are pitted could be paved and I even had a company willing to give a major discount to do the paving that for( many agreed returns) for them doing that . This Polished turd track could and should be the best and cleanest and well run track but it is not even the Pros and the ones who have the good pits spots saved hate to race there but enjoy the weather, I had all this done for the racers but the decision makers did not like my idea of serving the racers and told me to go pound sand even threatened me for trying to make the track a good experience ..lol the chaos going into the pits will have to stop especially when someone gets hurt and whomever is liable will bear the consequences . to all racers be safe going into the pits from from the first parking area to the second parking area then into the final pits I miss the racers but do not miss firebird . Keep in mind I am a pit snob as I used to pit in dirt and now if I have A bad pit spot I will leave, get my money back as that is the reason wild horse pass has no racers going there and will get less and less racers wanting to race there and eventually the track will wonder what happened >dud:mad::mad: |
