I shouldn't have believed or repeated what I was told. My apology.

Steve does not charge anything close to that...............
The AVS and AFB carbs require a bunch of extensive work
to perform to their best potential! If you do not need the
last tenth or two of performance.....Just buy a jet kit and work
on them yourself. Steve's record and performance speak volumes

He does A LOT of work for us on our Stockers.....He is a professional
and makes his living in the racing industry = It is his vocation instead of
a hobby like it is to me!

Walter Ritchey ( My Chassis Builder RIP) once told me "If you want good Oats you have to pay
a good price = Now if you don't mind Oats that have already been through the horse....You can get
them at a pretty cheap price"

Re: Mopar thermoquad carb ?

Brad Van Lant / Steve Wann / Gregg Luneack are all
experts on Carter Carbs. I am sure there are others but I
have experience with these three and recommend them all
equally!

They are all extremely busy professionals as you would probably
expect to be the case so be prepared to wait IF they have time to take
on your project.

I am certainly not a expert nor claim to be......However if you are lost
and need some advise to get you going on the track decently = PM me.
It may take me some time (Often on the Road) but I will try to get you pointed in the right direction!
