I talked to Charlie at ATI for my 8" non lockup for my 4l60e and Ed Wright removed the lockup from the PCM. Also, Ed said to use a 96+ PCM because a 95 won't allow a stall above 2200ish. I haven't run the car yet so can't comment on how it will run.

I have ODB 1 using work-a-round fix, did that 10 years ago.
Using a Yank 4400PT lock up now..

The lock up make the car cruise at a decent rpm driving it on the street.

Lack of vacuum will be the problem.Canister or Hydro Boost (P/S) set up will fix it
Good luck

Most aftermarket controllers don't need a MAF . It might be a restriction on the inlet . If you don't use 4th gear , then why not lock up the converter in 3rd gear and get that benefit in efficiency ?

That was my line of thought. I would at least try it if I had it......
