Re: Jason Line Buick
1.28 under is a wow factor for a car not on a diet what so ever, Impresive

Re: Jason Line Buick
Even more impressive was his gracious interview with Comp plus video on C/SA field, acknowledging the changing of the guard with the new cars in C class

Again I am astounded at how fast that car is now and as a lifelong Buick fan delighted he still has it and races it. again, anyone who knows something different by all means correct me-I spent a good deal of time in the SoCal Buick club, bracket raced my 72 GS for many years and hung out with Dave and a lot of other knowledgeable Buick guys from that period. |
Re: Jason Line Buick
anything that the Line brothers touch ford chev or buick is impressive Congratulation Jason that Buick is bad fast

Re: Jason Line Buick
In my humble opinion, I don't think I would EVER use the word "cheating" to
describe a DQ of a fellow racer. I would, in my opinion, use things like he used the "wrong stuff", or, the specs were not within spec. The Line's did some work for me in the recent past; nothing but professionalism in their work(well within spec) and customer relations!! Terry Knapper |

Re: Jason Line Buick
Scott, your take on why Jason got a time out is totally wrong, and should be taken down.

Re: Jason Line Buick
The story at the time was piston offset was wrong. Pistons were on the rods backwards to reduce friction.
Remember, that was before the innernets so it was good old "urban legend" stuff. But anything the Line family touches seems to be a rocket. |
