I won't be throwing any names out there, but it seems that west coast-based might be an advantage. Weather and schedule/travel are the factors. NOT saying Lamb or the others are not great-they Are!

A lot of them retired from racing years ago. And not all racers can afford to race the same amount of races.

For my money, to leave a career to race for food (at least in the beginning), that pressure puts Fletcher at the top. ,

Peter Biondo.....Didn't he score 792 points in 2005 for his stock title? Why don't we wait til someone tops that score before we start talking about the "best"?

Brad Burton had 721 points in 2012 for his 2nd championship.

While it is obvious he's a very talented racer and has tore it up the last few years, I think I will have to refrain from calling him the GOAT right at the moment. Maybe if he knocks down a 100 national wins in a few years and can continue a lifetime of this as some of the ones mentioned before we will rethink it. However, very good article with some interesting insight into some numbers.
