These situations are "no win" for everyone and the only person to blame is mother nature. If I was a D3 racer I would make my best effort to attend for mainly 2 reasons,

1. sounds like the race will be run somehow this weekend and when you are holding the Wally, all will be forgotten about how the race was run. There will be a winner.

2. I believe you have a new owner/operator in Jay Livingston, supporting his efforts would be good for the sport, division and racers in the short and long run.

It's been raining there now for some time. The ground should be saturated. Like Charlie stated once the sun comes out the water will start coming up through the track. I guess if I were in a position to win a Jegs series I would go. Good luck to all that plan to attend.

Will they run on Monday for sure? Why wont Div 3 announce anything?

It's been raining all morning with no end in sight. Clouds are low and dark, dew point and temp are only a few degrees apart. It's not looking good.

Same conditions as the Indy points meet use to have that I use to sit in.

Weather update: Persistent rain has forced us to cancel Day 1 of the NHRA Buckeye Nationals here at National Trail Raceway. We will resume tomorrow beginning at 9 AM (weather permitting).
