Testing. Track was good and its a nice long track for an 1/8 mile. Be sure to look for the first finish line the other one is, I think, is 1000'.

More about this gem stone of a track. A RV dump that is spotless, fresh water, and 50 or 30 amp electrical service for $25 a day. Lots of pavement and or grass and its all flat as a billiard table. Two interstates close, less than 10 miles and good roads from there to the track. Some very good local mom and pop eating places. My favorite ones are the meat and three places with fresh brewed ice tea. I think any racer would want to put this place on the "List".

Beautiful day today. 87 already ! 49 stockers made first run. Super stock running now . I will try to get sheets!

Saw a round of Warren’s great coverage, thanks again to SDS (the Volkmans) and all the sponsors. Interesting to see Johnny Fisher back in the Mirada, what a crazy fast car. And of course Hillary Sloan’s wheelstand was an absolute jaw dropper.

Three qualifying runs today and finished up way before dark! Track was good until last run and then we spun badly as did lots of others!

I have some pictures that were taken last weekend at Mooresville, but most of these are here this weekend also!
