It looks like the same thing is happening to Atco that happened here on Long Island to our track. Track was purchased
with the intent of flipping it for profit with a zoning change and understanding that zone change
would never happen without community support from the locals that want the track gone.

Here on Long Island it was just a small group that supported the sale of the track and they had enough influence on the Town Board to make it happen.
Racetracks in areas that become densely populated are a constant source of aggravation to the Town fathers and they're always open to the
idea of eliminating that source of aggravation.

Maybe but more than likely he’s pissed somebody else off he is a piece of work
