LOL Yes, it was an understatement. The Victor intake was designed for an Olds small block with Olds Big Block or Edelbrock heads. The runners and plenum are just too big for a Super Stock Olds small block, even a 403.

Bob did run a 307 and also a 403. If my memory is correct the 307 started at 180 hp in SS. He got a lot of horsepower put on the engine and I think it was around 230 horsepower when he switched to the 350 Cadillac. Don Jackson
