Re: .370 and .470 GONE
You would think that they would ask for a vote, ya or nay.

Re: .370 and .470 GONE
I'm not arguing with you Tom so don't take it that way.. I was fine with the transition from the old bulbs to LED. I started struggling when it went to .470. It's my fault I race a Tank with 28" front tires.

I've talked to several racers who found it was stopped by their spam filter since it was sent by a private email rather than by NHRA channels This seems to have been very hurried and poorly handled ,Typical for NHRA anymore. |

Re: .370 and .470 GONE
Incandescent bulbs couldn't handle the vibration of Top Alky or Top Fuel.

Re: .370 and .470 GONE
I don't run SG, but I think that's the class that will tighten up most from this change.
Regan, I'm surprised with your power that you had struggles on the tree. My car is 3600# with 28" fronts and a 3400 launch RPM, with .040+ in the box. But I do have radial slicks that are probably helpful. |
Re: .370 and .470 GONE
im glad they did it. some tracks i would struggle at and some tracks i could go red. hopefully i can split the difference now.
