All those years I ordered GSA approved containers and I could stored my TS and two man control material in cardboard boxes and locked the bathroom door.

The difference is one surrendered the material the other obstructed the law and thus the raid to retrieve it. Both are wrong in having it in their possession.

Appears to be 12 years of conservative leadership to me. Ought to be able to clean up democrat crap and straighten up the US. Close borders, deport illegals, end DEI, tough on crime, build prisons, end wars, eliminate foreign spending, out of NATO, death for drug dealers, death for terrorists, work farms for homeless and undesireables, cut welfare dependency. Just starters. Don't like it, leave.

What makes it illegal, the only thing that makes it illegal is the improper storage, access by people who do not have a need to know, and obstruction when requested to turn it over to authorities. Mark don't speak on something you never had access to, makes you look really...I will leave that part to you.

Some of the documents SHOULD have been transferred to the National Archives. Some were considered to be "Personal" documents and some he shouldn't have had.
But, why were there no Federal charges filed against Biden, Obama and the Clintons for the documents that were in THEIR possession?

Ya know, I'm not seeing it that way. Was he ever "asked" or are you assuming that he was? And even if he WAS "asked" then why weren't Pence, Biden, Obama and Clinton "asked" until after-the-fact. It was just another convenient set-up.
