Well 96 cars went down this morning for our final qualifying pass. We hooked a little better today as did others. Boy, Lance Line was flying today. He went 10.09 in A/SA.

I saw Jamie Duke-Kilgore this morning. She is here spectating this weekend.

We run 1st round later today. Ladders for superstock are already up and stock should be soon.

As always thank you for the in depth reports. Patsy Drag Race Central is posting some pictures from up there too. There is a picture of your car with wheels up, what does it say on the bottom of the front of the car cant quite read it?

Thanks, Rob--It says SHOWTIME. If the wheels are way up, you can read it better.

Yeah! We won 1st round. Good run for most cars. Only casualty was Dale Findell--he broke the trans, I think on his last qualifying run. Had put another in but something happened on the line. Maxine red-lighted against Ben.

I know you are sleeping now,but I just looked at the second round ladder and it shows a bye for somebody.With 96 cars,there shouldn't be a second round bye.What's the story on that?Thanks.

Sorry, But I couldn't get a connection last night.

Darrel, DRC had the ladder wrong. Anderson should be in the spot where it says bye.

It is another nice day here in Earlville. I haven't been outside yet, but it seems to be a little cooler this morning. We start out with super street, then stock.

Speer went 10.39 and Folk went 10.41. Folk won, so I assume he had the better light.

Well, we are on our way back home after a very nice few days in Iowa. The weather could not have been better. Sunny every day.

I have a couple of more pics I will post when I get home. I asked permission to take pictures this weekend and was only turned down by one person. I won't count the lady that said no because she said her hair didn't look good. (It was fine, but I understand).

As usual hospitality at Tri-State Raceway was great.

We will be back "Live" from Columbus Jegs Sportsnationals in a couple of weeks. Next weekend is our granddaughter Aubrey's 4th birthday party, so we will be home for that.

Thanks for the pics of our car. I saw you go down the track a couple of times, but where were you parked. I went around and tried to get pics of stockers who were at their trailer when I went by and I never saw you.

I had the pleasure of meeting Larry Hill this weekend in Earlville. Very nice car and even nicer person. I race a Cuda as well and he offered some advice for me.

I can't thank them enough for all the pictures and updates. Even though we race in the .90 classes, I still love Stock & Super Stock and enjoy all the pictures.
