That is definitely the battleship Alabama BB-60 in Mobile Bay. I just never saw it that close when I traveled that way on I-10.
At least I don't remember it appearing that close and at that angle. It was always a distraction.

Thanks for taking us along on your journey again. Great pictures in Tech. Nice to see the Grubbs on the track. Good luck to Larry and hope everyone has a safe week-end. Looks like there will be a big crowd there. Hope to see a lot of them in Charlotte at the 4-Wides, but its probably a pretty good tow for most the Div 4 racers I saw.

Good morning from No Problem! It is very, very foggy this morning! Chairs, golfcart and everything outside is very, very wet! We are supposed to run at 9 with 2 runs this morning, then class. and the same for Super Stock. Then tomorrow is the CIC race. The weather is not looking real good for Sat or Sun, so I am sure the schedule could change. I am going to try to get some more pics posted today. Sorry I didn't get them all yesterday.

You are right. No DRC sponsored by Summitt coverage at the JEGS Sportsnationals! I don't know about 1320.

Stock has made their first run starting about 40 minutes late because of fog. There were about 100 stockers. Most seemed to be running pretty well.

The speakers are working well up in the stands this year, but radio reception is not good! Oh BTW there is not a schedule posted, but you can buy one for $1.

We have run our 2nd qualifying run and they are now calling classes to the lanes for class eliminations.

There were quite a few DQ's on the 1st sheet, but I imagine it was probably fuel or weight.
