Last year was too cold, this year will be too hot. There's 2 many races in a row. It's too far. It's not far enough. Anything else anyone would like to add. If NHRA put 6 races in a 5 day period some of you would fall over yourselves trying to get them to take your money just to get dumped on. Yet someone (Michael & Anthony) put on a racers race and all anyone can do is bitch!!! If you weren't t last year you missed a great time!!! We WILL be there!!!! AGAIN!!!

I have been trying to get to Bowling Green race for 12-15 years and want to make it to Indy one of these days, might be this year might be another 10, but if comes down to choosing which one,I probably won't miss,Michael and Anthony's race.

Haven't gotten that far, to be honest. We just finished up two $20K bracket events, doing post race coverage, and now wide open on a ton of customer projects for PRI. The track will not be conducting a test n' tune on Thursday.

We do have two qualifying runs and Lucas Oil Class Eliminations on Friday, plus two more qualifying sessions on Saturday in addition to the NitroPlate S/SS Combo Warmup, so people will get lots of runs.

Nostalgia Super Stock was a part of the original US Class Nationals, and from the beginning of the Northern Class Nationals we've had requests to include Nostalgia Super Stock in our program. This year, we will do so.

August 21-23, 2015
National Trail Raceway - Hebron, OH

This is the week before the NMCA event at Norwalk, so teams could make a swing out of things. The race will have video coverage by RobzNeed4Speed Videos.

The plan would be for 2 qualifying runs Friday and 2 qualifying runs Saturday. NSS racers would be permitted to enter Saturday's NitroPlate S/SS Combo Warmup. NSS will have its own eliminator on Sunday. The entry fee would be in the $100-$120 range for $1,500 to win and paying at least 8 places. Naming Rights sponsorship on the class is available.

Had the pleasure of meeting Rob and his family at Epping last year at the "Maritime" pit area, great people and even better photos and videos. Joe... my dad told me that he had the one of the best times ever racing at the US Class Nationals and he met you and your family there and said that you guys are just awesome! !! The racing community was deeply saddened at the loss of Super Stock racer Dave Layer of Heads-Up Cylinder Heads last year. Dave was the go-to guy for go-fast cylinder head work, and he was a big supporter of last year's race. Not only that, but he could drive, too, finishing in the Top 10 in NHRA Div. 3. With the family's blessing, we will honor and remember him in the most fitting way: showcasing the go-fast elite of S/SS racing with the Dave Layer Memorial Quick 32 CIC Shootout.

The race will feature the Friday's Top 16 Qualifiers in both Stock and Super Stock, and pit them in a Competition Eliminator-style battle royale: Sportsman ladder, .500 Full Tree handicapped off their respective Index, but the first to the finish wins!
