If any racer used the US Mail to send money to Mr. Diehl for any purchase and DID NOT receive their merchandise I believe you may be able to submit a complaint to them against Mr. Diehl. and start a Postal inspection. They do not take to kindly to people using the mail for fraudulent purposes.. Better check first but I'm reasonably sure you can file a claim--- FED 387

I did ship parts by USPS to his P.O. Box ... will contact the Post Office just for fun !!! great idea. I have the shipping receipt.

I am right here, what a bashing session you all have going on, everybody got there parts except Dave, and I did not pay Rich as both those transactions where delayed while I was sitting in the hospital, I was made aware of this thread by another racer during my 3rd stay in. Making this public and others jumping in running that mouth you know who you are is just making things worse.nobody is screwing anybody and I respect dave for not piling on recently, he will get his parts, all this bull**** is not helping when I get back in town I will make it right, and the other site? Are you kidding me? The mustang site? I bought new parts instead

Let make it clear everything was sold at a fraction of the value or what I paid, that's why everybody happy, it's to bad I didn't deliver for Dave, Keep that in mind bargains around here are rare

Not everyone is happy, Bill. That is the problem. And you were given a chance to get return parts that were not yours.

First I want to thank everyone for the posts and support. Now Bill, you haven't been in the hospital since the first part of January, you run your company and have made trips out of town, and you still wont send me my parts or have Jim pick them up. On Sunday morning you text me and said you would take care of this by Tuesday. Since then you have cut off all communications with me. If you have time to go on all your web site and make comments, why can't you get ahold of me or Jim. These parts may be at a bargain price, I paid you what you asked for them. The only phone number I have, you have blocked.

as I said the man will get his parts, I came in both threads here and the other one and maned up, and took the heat, nobody is running and hiding.

just a bad situation that I made worse, by reacting to some that just had to get involved and say the wrong things, my mistake

Someone was in jail from 9-26-2017 to 10-13-2017. He is 6'-4". He was arrested in the North Atlanta area by the Milton PD. The warrant was out of Forsyth County, GA which borders Cherokee County, GA.

Charge: Conversion Of Payments For Real Property Improvements

Name of arrestee: William Diehl

I wonder if this guy is related to Bill?

Search inmates at Fulton County Jail. Milton PD is in Fulton County.

Isn't this the same guy that posted he was making 675 hp with a stocker legal Boss 351? He doesn't race but was going to show up at indy and run 9.60's in C/S in a car that he didn't have with a 675 hp stocker motor that hadn't built.

The guy is a total bullshtter. That was obvious from his posts.

I don't remember the numbers, but yes, I remember the thread. It preceded the recent one about him rebuilding the body.

I really hope you get some sort of restitution from this guy. But seems his track record is to take money and not deliver. Here is yet another instance from another internet forum. Seems like this goes back a ways.

I was not going to answer this but since the other clown pissed me off the min I opened the thread I will adress you to just because you can't do it don't think I can't you have no idea what I can or can't do I own the 2 best sets of Cleveland cylinder heads on the planet 1 set I sold to a guy in Ohio and they are sitting in a shop in Minnesota you should stop by and take a look because it's obvious you have never seen a stock eliminator Cleveland head that moves almost 350cfm and makes 675 hp they are there for your viewing pleasure go educate yourself you might learn something

Wow my 351C super stock heads do not perform like that maybe I should ask Kunitz / craft / Morgan / Sanchez for a refund looks like the experts need to be schooled as well

You said you had 5000 customers that were happy, I am just asking you to prove it. And I do not see any proof of 43 happy people anywhere. If you are innocent, you should not be getting this angry.
