What is to be brought up? Place of birth? Of the soil or of the blood at the time of birth.

No surprise and just think not one time during the 2016 run for President was Cruz and Rubio's citizenship was brought into question...seems a little bias, ya think.

I brought up Cruz's ineligibility many times, on many different forums. Rubio was not a player at that time, so didn't bother with him.
Cruz had Mark Levin on his side, the supposed "Great One". He was wrong..Let's see what he says now. I'll report it to the few CNN watchers here.

And here is what it says: Article II of the Constitution does not mention parents, just the person: "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;”

Article XIV: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." Again, it doesn't mention the status of parents here.

XIV doesn't say they are NATURAL BORN CITIZENS, which is what we're talking about here , as a requirement for POTUS or VPOTUS..(spelled out clearly elsewhere)

The constitution does not expressly define “natural born” nor has the Supreme Court ever ruled precisely upon its meaning.

Under the 14th Amendment's Naturalization Clause and the Supreme Court case of United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 US. 649, anyone born on U.S. soil and subject to its jurisdiction is a natural born citizen, regardless of parental citizenship. This type of citizenship is referred to as birthright citizenship.

Go peddle birther BS somewhere else.
