Pat, you did a fine job of raising your sons. I never had the pleasure of meeting Scott, but I can tell you Kevin is a fine young man.

Well, this is probably a subject for another day (and most certainly a separate thread) but I think the honest answer to that question is yes. Back in the days before the AHFS and the CIC in Comp, index and horsepower adjustments were completely arbitrary and it's fairly well documented that some combinations (read: manufacturers) seemed to traditionally fare better than others.

Im sure they did, but, the difference being, you couldnt tune the better combos, with a computer, in the staging lanes...hehe
