Re: "Live" from Joliet, Division 3 points race!
 

Sorry we went out to dinner with Mike and Janice Fuller and we're still licking our wounds from 1st round. Larry had a little worse light and broke out a little to lose 1st round. There were lots of red lights and people missing their dials. We were showing it to be about .02 slower than qualifying this morning, then we ran the same. The wind was not as strong this evening. It turned out to be just a gorgeous day here, about 70 and sunny.
Losing 1st round has probably changed our plans for racing this summer. There really isn't any need now to go to Stanton or Columbus points races. We may decide to go to the Norwalk national event. It was a great place for the divisional. What do you guys think about going to the National event there?

I guess I will start getting the motohome ready to move out first thing in the morning. Might even get home in time to get the yard mowed.
