You have a better chance of beating Drooze driving his Drag Pak in a heads up race with your T/SA,than Stock being shown on TV.

Of course I'm kidding.

Can I use a 4 stage 400 shot? Like the sniper creed goes "One shot,One kill".

It seems to me that the potential for a 3-car pileup at this 4-lane strip is not a matter of "how", but rather "when" it will happen...

Or how about this.
they are cleaning up/ prepping/ doing whatever to one set of lanes and racing in the other. One of the cars racing doesnt matter what class goes over the wall or throws some parts over and some poor person is standing there with a car/parts coming at him and all he has to protect himself with is a broom. I dont see how they can even pull that off without some extreme risk to the track workers. How would you like to be the guy driving the car that went over the wall not only do you have a severly damaged race car but for the rest of your life you get to goto bed with the thought of having killed or mamed someone. I had a drunk woman walk out onto the capitol beltway in front of me when I was 18. Over 20 years later and I still think about it everyday and it was not my fault.

NHRA raises prices and has insurance surcharges to cover the ever increasing costs of lawsuits. Can you imagine what the prices will be if someone gets hurt or killed doing this. I try to look at the bright side and if this comes off without a hitch it will be awesome for our sport but if someone gets killed or hurt it may set it back to the stone age as NHRA will really get hammered in the press.

By racing the Pros (4) at a time, they are reducing the number of runs to cover on ESPN,so this should open up some time for coverage of Stock and Super Stock on prime time TV.

These guys will be setting up cars in eliminations for lanes that they don't have any qualifying runs and data from.

Maybe they should rename this race the 'Tiresmoke Nationals'.

Sad to see a sport that I have loved since I was in first grade be reduced to a circus show.

Qualifying is also going to be run 4 wide; each car will get 1 run in each of the 4 lanes. The bottom line is that instead of having data from 2 runs in each of 2 lanes, they will have data from 1 run in each of 4 lanes.

That whole concept is retarded.

It'll leave a lot more time for those cool interviews with the team chefs and neat game shows with Ashley. All the stuff thats real fans look forward to. Why show a bunch of stockers and superstockers dancing on the back bumper? Who want to see that sportsman crap? Just can't seem to figure that out.

Only if I can run my new dry top clinder lubricant injection system and latent oxidiser, that deposits pockets of a dry oxidiser/lubricant on the piston top in preperation for the intake and combustion cycle..... (injects through the open exhaust valve using an MCA jet valve at around 900mph :D

I think its legal, since its not in the intake air stream and the rules say nothing about shoving things BACK up the exhaust........

Cheers

Chris

(p.s. Im about as serious on that as you all are, note that one under "dry stupid" not just dry for sense of humor, and I have not yet begun to REALLY scare you ..... I actually tried the above "contraption" years ago...didnt end well.....)
