I remember that pass. I remember thinking "the tree must be broke!" That was a HUGH spot!! Is that Warner Robins Georgia? We won the eliminator there. I had to paint the car after that race because some girl on a 4 wheeler came out of the pit road and smashed into the quarter panel.

Warner Robins April 5th, '87.
Photos are 3rd round, I believe.
I don't remember the et's.. I DO remember the 50 mph difference.
We set the record on Saturday @ 17.46
You guys were in @ 10.80 something, I think.

I had a couple hun. on the tree, and tried to take the stripe by a fender. After the break out, it figured out to more like 3/4ths of a car length!

It was fun anyway..Your dad was a class act!

Yea I remember the breakout. Its hard to chase down a car like yours. Mostly in your head. lol seems like forever huh? Yea we were dialed in at about 10:80. Funny thing about that track was the grass in the middle. I always thought that was so strange.
