Re: Winter Projects
Getting ready to resume construction on my 60 Corvette project. I sustained severe damage to my shop from hurricane Irene 8/2011. Durning the rebuild of over 500 sq ft of destruction I performed a few enhancements that allowed a lift and paint/body shop section to the shop. Almost ready to get on the Corvette's body and paint. Should have my hands on some sand paper by Thanksgiving. Photos of the project can be found on my profile...see albums...then click on (all albums) below the photo.

BWAHAHAHAHA!! Rob, LOVE your t-shirt!
I'm tired of saying "working on the mustang for NEXT year" so I'll just say building 2 new engines for the kids junior, a pit rig, finish the trailer, put a ceiling in the rec room downstairs, and.... the mustang. The more I look though, the more I want to change. Got a new fuel tank, parts for a 215hp crate 302, put the rollbar back in, get new fuel pump, 5 bolt hubs for the front (just picked up a set of draglites) want to change the rear arms and free up the rear suspension, new set of 90/10's for the front...oh man...it don't stop. And paint..NEEDS body/paint job...BAD...(didn't think decals would stay stuck to rust) |
