The to motors in the picture , the in the front is an LS is that the 396/375 motor is are they both crate motors the intakes are bogus ? Or is it just the 6 liter that is really in the camaro street car ? Is it in the nhra book yet ? And that is the 350/300 hp motor looked like a bracket or it for street rod/cars ?

Think the proper phrase would be "header *****". Quite a distinction. Mark's work is unmatched IMHO, sure it takes a lot of headers and merge collectors to feed a Comp habit..

Seriously anyone who racies a new car, Mustang, Dodge, Camaro surely cannot "cast stones" about horsepower rating on ANY new car. Well maybe as a joke....

Well if NHRA holds Obama motors to the same standard as they did Ford's new 302 which is rated at 1.1589 hp/cube at 350 hp. That should rate the GM stuff at 405 hp for the 350 and 458 hp for the 396. Which is absurd but probably very close to accurate.
