You mean delay boxes? I wouldn't think it would be too hard to catch.....penalties ie Fines should be thrown in to the winners pots for the race.....and should start at what Barton got for his fine.....which was 2 or 3 grand? Pro fines should also go into the sportsman payout pool...oops did I write that.....

Anyone is capable of having a good day hitting the tree at any given time. Even the guys who race a lot and win a lot make mistakes and miss it, that's just human error. Stock/Super Stock racing has become way more competitive so you are forced to better yourself. Just about everyone is better than they were ten years ago.

You're right, Tony. Some a little more than others though.

What's that old saying? "Reaction time's for show, top end's for dough."

Don't let Beard mess with you. He isn't doing any bragging, He is just setting you up for the next time he runs you. It's called "Head Game" I bet he even keeps records of the red lite rounds he gets.

Bingo! Didn't the ND article on Bobby Warren include his advice to not worry about whoever is in the other lane? Easier said than done but it's one of the top priorities for any racer and that includes heads-up runs where you should have them covered (as Mark Faul taught me a couple of years ago).

I was thinking the same thing. If you post a bunch of great reaction times that you have had on the internet, you get a bunch of easy red light wins.

I need to try that strategy.I only average one red light win each year, for the last two seasons.
