A friend emailed me that he passed Steve Wann at the NV/CA border towing
home. I saw that he was DQ in the 2nd qualifying trails on Sat. What happened?

Broke a ring and pinion at 1250'. Twisted the axles. Couldn't get replacements for 2-3 weeks.
